Joette Decore

Joette Decore is currently the co-Executive Principal of RJC Engineers, where they oversee all aspects of the company's performance, including finance, accounting, human resources, corporate programs, and communications teams. With a diverse background spanning investment banking and management consulting, Joette has previously held roles at firms such as PriceWaterhouseCooper and RBC Securities, where they focused on leadership and performance strategies. They also served as Executive Vice President at Stuart Olson, leading mergers and acquisitions and corporate communications. Joette earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University and a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Alberta. They currently contribute as past Chair of the Board for the University Hospital Foundation and on Norquest College’s Board of Governors, in addition to co-chairing the Alberta Government's Red Tape Reduction Committee. In January 2023, Joette received the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Medal in recognition of their contributions to Alberta.
