Karla Carrender is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Strategic Initiatives Project Manager at RJG, Inc., Karla has previously held significant roles, including Senior Consultant at K&N Consulting specializing in venue openings and restaurant optimization, Properties Manager in New York City, and Banquet Manager for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. With a strong background in food and beverage operations management, event planning, and staff training, Karla has successfully led initiatives involving multi-million dollar portfolios and large teams.
