Shannon McCarty

Shannon McCarty is an accomplished Practice Director at RJR Partners, overseeing Enterprise and Strategic Tech Sales in the Southwest region since January 2022. Achievements include being the top performer on the Enterprise team and the leading revenue producer companywide in FY24H1, with a notable commitment to gender diversity in placements. Previously, Shannon served as a Senior Associate, where success included winning the President’s Club for FY22 through strategic placements across various executive sales roles. Additionally, Shannon contributes as an Advisory Council Member for Women in Leadership for Executives at California State University, Chico. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Television, Radio, and Film from Syracuse University and a High School Diploma from Crescenta Valley High School.
