Michael oversees RJR’s California operations with specific oversight of the Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities and Warehouse teams. Michael joined RJR in 2009, and started in the ISO Thermal System equipment side, since becoming the Director of Manufacturing, he has led in the Hayward bring up of the new facility and improving on time delivery. He has been instrumental with the roll out of the new ITS automated machines along with modernization of the product line. Michael holds a Technology degree (AS) from the University of Phoenix.
