Todd Davenport

Todd Davenport is the current CFO at RJW Logistics Group. Todd has extensive experience in finance, having served as Senior Vice President / Chief Financial Officer at Life Fitness from July 2015 to August 2019. At Life Fitness, they led the finance function for a global manufacturer of exercise equipment with $1,000,000,000 in revenue (~50% of which came from international markets). Todd was also part of the M&A deal team for two transactions (collectively worth $250,000,000 in acquisition investment) and was responsible for delivering cost synergies associated with the business valuation model and integrating the finance functions of the acquired businesses.

In July of 2019, Life Fitness was divested from Brunswick Corporation and purchased by KPS Capital Partners. Todd supported the business sale to private equity buyer by developing management presentations, a CIM (Confidential Information Memorandum), and due diligence activities.

Prior to their work at Life Fitness, Todd was the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Brunswick Boat Group from June 2006 to August 2008. In this role, they provided centralized FP&A support to leadership team for an operating segment with over $1,000,000,000 in revenue. Todd also led the development and implementation efforts of Product Line Profitability (PLP), a costing system that improved reporting consistency and margin analytics across a portfolio of businesses.

Todd Davenport received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Todd then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
