Megan Costa

Megan Costa is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at RK Electric, Inc. since June 2023, Megan oversees full-cycle recruitment processes, employee records management, and benefits administration using various HR platforms. Previously, Megan held positions at Buckingham Wealth Partners and Loring Ward, where responsibilities included employee orientation, applicant pre-screening, and maintaining personnel records. With earlier roles as an administrative assistant and receptionist, including experience at Williams-Sonoma, Megan has developed strong administrative and customer service skills.
