Tanya Donnelly

Tanya Donnelly is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in tax consulting and management. Currently serving as Managing Partner at R&K Partners since July 2022, Tanya previously held positions at BRAYN Consulting LLC, including Senior R&D Tax Manager and R&D Tax Manager, where expertise in federal and state R&D Tax Credits was developed. Prior experience includes a decade at the Internal Revenue Service, culminating in the role of Supervisory Tax Examining Technician, where leadership and operational efficiency in team management were key responsibilities. Earlier roles at Citi involved compliance audits and operations management. Tanya holds a Master's degree in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from St. Joseph's University New York.
