Hayley Smith

Hayley Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Hayley most recently held the position of Vice President of Digital Strategy at RKD Group since April 2022. Before that, they were the Senior Director of Digital Strategy at the same company from October 2019 to April 2022. Prior to joining RKD Group, Hayley worked as a Digital Director at One & All Agency from January 2018 to June 2019. Hayley also served as the Director of Digital Strategy at Grizzard Communications Group from May 2014 to June 2019. Hayley started their career as an Account Executive at BKV from June 2009 to January 2012. Hayley gained experience in the nonprofit sector by working as a Membership Services Coordinator at Fernbank Museum of Natural History from January 2007 to March 2008.

Hayley Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from the College of Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2016, they obtained certifications in Google AdWords and Google Analytics from Google.
