Will Shepler

Will Shepler, MBA has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Will is currently the Senior Director of Strategy at RKD Group, where they have been since May 2022. Prior to this, Will worked at One & All Agency as the Director of Client Strategy & Success from August 2018 to April 2022. Before that, they were an Account Director at The Phelps Group from February 2007 to April 2018. Will also gained experience at 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment as an International TV DVD Marketing Intern in 2006. Will started their career at Young & Rubicam as a Brand Planning Intern in 2005. Will also had the opportunity to work at Fidelity Investments, first as an Ethics Image Consultant from February 2004 to July 2004 and later as a Marketing & Sales - Securities Trader from August 2001 to February 2004.

Will Shepler, MBA holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Emory University, which they earned from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they attained an MBA with a focus on Marketing, Entertainment, and Advertising from USC Marshall School of Business from 2004 to 2006. Prior to this, they completed their high school education by obtaining a Classical Diploma from Phillips Exeter Academy between 1994 and 1997.
