Rob Hoeben

Rob Hoeben is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving in various senior director roles at NXP Semiconductors since May 2017, including Senior Director of Strategy and Senior Director of RF Power Netherlands Development Center. Previously, Rob held the position of Vice President BU Manager at Ampleon from December 2015 to April 2017 and contributed significantly to NXP Semiconductors in multiple leadership roles from August 1996 to November 2015. Rob's educational background includes a Mastering the Semiconductor Business certificate from Hult Ashridge Executive Education and a cum laude BSc in Electrical Engineering / Telecommunications from Fontys University of Applied Sciences. Based in Nijmegen, Netherlands, Rob has also gained international experience while working in Zurich and Eindhoven.
