Angela Jager is a seasoned art historian with extensive experience in curatorial and research roles. Currently serving as Curator of Dutch and Flemish Old Master Painting and Associate Researcher at RKD - Nederlands Instituut voor Kunstgeschiedenis since February 2017, Angela also holds a position as Researcher in Art History at the University of Geneva since September 2019. Previous positions include Postdoctoral Researcher at SMK – Statens Museum for Kunst from April 2017 to August 2019 and Lecturer/Supervisor in Art History at the University of Amsterdam from 2013 to 2016, where curriculum development was undertaken. Angela's scholarly pursuits are supported by a PhD in Art History from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by earlier degrees in the same field. Contributions to various institutions also showcase a rich background in research, exhibitions, and digital presentations within the art historical arena.
