Peter Koppany is a seasoned professional in talent management systems and learning and development with extensive experience in various consulting and management roles. Currently self-employed and also serving as a consultant for People Experience Solutions and a senior business analyst/consultant at RKM Consulting, Peter has previously held significant positions including client success manager at Cornerstone OnDemand, strategic account manager at Seertech Solutions, and manager of learning technology and design at Australia Post. Peter's earlier roles include leading eLearning initiatives at Sensis and instructional design at American Express. Educationally, Peter holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Southern Cross University.
