Dan Meagher is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in property accounting and financial management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Property Controller at RKW Residential since January 2022, Dan utilizes RealPage, Yardi, and ResMan accounting software. Dan holds current licenses as a Florida Real Estate Associate and a Florida Community Association Manager (CAM/LCAM). Previously, Dan has held multiple positions at RKW Residential, including Senior Property Accountant and Property Accountant, overseeing financial operations for a portfolio of multifamily properties.
