Mary Meadows

Mary Meadows has over two decades of experience in IT support and management, currently serving as a Senior Desktop Analyst at RL Canning Inc. since January 2013. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, workspace setups, and assisting in management during the Desktop Manager's absence. Additional roles include Desktop Support at Insight Global, where deployment of Windows 7 is a key responsibility, and a PC Technician at Global/Cloud Blue focusing on server decommissioning. As an IT Consultant with Xpertech Computer Service, Mary has provided various IT services, optimizing network performance for clients. Past experience also includes roles in customer service and management in retail settings. Mary holds a degree in African American Studies/Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
