Rick Chiong has extensive experience in technology support and service management, beginning as a Desktop Support Technician at IBM from October 1998 to December 2001. Chiong progressed to a Desktop Support Team Lead at OAO, managing a team that supported over 2000 users, before transitioning to a Desktop Support Technician role at TEKsystems and then an Executive Care and Remote Support Technician at Spherion, where technical support was provided for executives and VIPs. After serving as a Desktop Support Team Lead at Unisys, Chiong took on the role of Field Service Manager at Dell, overseeing service delivery for multiple accounts and managing remote teams across the US. Currently, Rick is a Service Delivery Manager at RL Canning, a position held since August 2017.
