Shaun Hannigan has extensive experience in IT support and team leadership, currently serving as Site Support Team Lead at RL Canning since February 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing site support operations. Previously, Shaun worked at ABS Associates, Inc. for nearly a decade in various roles, including Associate Team Lead and Deskside Technician, successfully implementing a support system for a new client and managing documentation and training for agents. Shaun's earlier experience includes a position as Help Desk Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, providing support for over 1,000 computers and facilitating user education. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
