Jayne Newton

Jayne Newton currently serves as the Head of Policyholder Tax at Royal London since June 2022 and holds the position of Co Chair for the ACFCS UK and Ireland Chapter since August 2021. Previous roles include Director of Regulatory Expertise and Practice Lead for Regulatory Compliance & Advisory at Efficient Frontiers International from May 2018 to February 2023, and Tax Consultant focused on International Tax Transparency at Barclays from July 2015 to June 2019. Jayne also served as Tax Investigations Director at DLA Piper from September 2012 to April 2015 and Head of Operational and Employee Taxes at Lloyds Banking Group from December 1991 to August 2012. Jayne Newton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Modern History from the University of Liverpool, obtained from 1983 to 1986, and completed high school at City School, Sheffield, from 1977 to 1983.
