Nichola Taylor

Nichola Taylor serves as the Head of Distribution Enablement and Performance at Royal London since January 2023, having previously held senior financial management roles across several prominent organizations. As a Board Member of Fathers Network Scotland since June 2015, Nichola plays a key role in driving strategy and overseeing financial reporting for the charity. Prior to Royal London, Nichola held leadership positions at The Very Group, Scottish Widows, and Lloyds Banking Group, where significant contributions included supporting major restructures, enhancing customer governance, and leading financial planning teams. Nichola's early career at Procter & Gamble involved financial leadership roles across various product lines, establishing a strong foundation in finance. Nichola holds a BSc Honours in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Glasgow and is a CGMA from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
