Richard Basham-Jones has extensive experience in customer service and operational management in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Customer Service Director for Pensions Protection & Customer Relations at Royal London since September 2017, Richard has held various leadership roles, including Head of Customer Experience across multiple divisions. Prior to Royal London, Richard worked at Scottish Widows as Head of Voice Service Centre and Shared Admin Services, and held senior management positions at Lloyds Banking Group and Nationwide Building Society, where Richard managed contact centres and home insurance claims operations. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Greenwich.
