As you develop marketing plans, they will offer wholesale market intelligence to enhance your efforts knowing they are most often expected to be in a supporting role but they can step up and lead the marketing effort when needed for extremely complex or difficult insurance placements.  The principals are young and dynamic and understand that their extensive experience and a little hard work will result in positive outcomes for them and their partners.
