Todd A. Mazzola

Todd Mazzola joined the firm in 2001. He is experienced in business litigation, telecommunications law, commercial contract negotiation, alternative dispute resolution and appellate practice. Todd is admitted to practice before all of Ohio's state and federal trial and appellate courts and has represented clients before numerous administrative tribunals in Ohio and in other Midwestern states.

Todd previously served judicial clerkships under Judge Deborah Cook for the Supreme Court of Ohio and Judge Daniel B. Quillin of the Ohio Ninth District Court of Appeals. He has served by Supreme Court appointment as a Board Member of the Ohio Board of Bar Examiners and currently serves as an Impartial Due Process Hearing Officer by appointment of the Ohio Department of Education.

Having earned his law degree from the Ohio State University in 1993 and his Bachelor of Science Degree from Ohio University in 1989, Todd achieved high honors at each stage of his academic career, including admission as a member of the Ohio State University Chapter of the Order of the Coif and graduating from Ohio University with a Summa Cum Laude designation on a President's scholarship.
