Jamie Wight is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in product operations and engineering. Currently serving as the Product Operations Lead for Process & Practices at RLDatix since September 2025, Jamie previously held the position of Director of Cloud Delivery Engineering at Blackbaud from April 2021 to September 2025. Jamie’s tenure at RLDatix began in April 2015, where responsibilities included serving as the Director of Product Engineering. Earlier career experience includes a decade at Blackbaud in roles such as Manager of Software Development and Senior Principal Software Engineer. Jamie began a career in software engineering at Itron from 2002 to 2004. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.
