Jeff Gerstl

Jeff Gerstl has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Jeff currently serves as the Vice President and General Counsel at RLDatix since July 2020. Jeff'sprevious role was as the General Counsel at Intelex Technologies ULC, where they played a significant role in the company's $570 million sale. Jeff also worked as a Senior Counsel at Kira Systems, drafting and negotiating cloud sales agreements. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Legal Services at Advantex Marketing, focusing on strategic legal advice and litigation management. Jeff began their legal career as a Corporate Counsel at Casino Rama, where they provided legal advice in a highly regulated environment. Overall, Jeff has gained extensive experience in contract law, civil litigation, labor/employment law, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property law throughout their career.

Jeff Gerstl attended the University of Toronto Schools for an unknown period of time. Jeff later went on to study law at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
