Francisco Ruiz Carrillo

Francisco Ruiz Carrillo currently serves as Director General at NOVA Iberia since February 2024 and has been the Head of BU Aftersales & Services at RLE INTERNATIONAL IBERIA S.L.U. since June 2015, overseeing profit and loss, forecasting, budgeting, sales, staffing, marketing, and customer service for the regional operation. Prior experience includes project management in the Warranty Office at Ford Motor Company from June 2012 to June 2015 and as a Project Leader in Application & Product Engineering at TRW Automotive from October 2007 to May 2012. Francisco also held the position of Resident Engineer at GM Holden in 2010, focusing on security systems project development. Educational qualifications include a BEng Honours in Automotive Engineering Design from Kingston University, a Master's in Project Management from Universidad de Valladolid, and an accredited coaching training program from Escuela Superior de Coaching.
