Frank Webb

Frank Webb, MBA, PMP, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Frank is currently serving as the President of RLE INTERNATIONAL USA since November 2023. Prior to that, from April 2021 to November 2023, they worked as the Vice President / Director of Engineering at Edison Manufacturing and Engineering.

From 2019 to 2021, Frank served as the Group Manager of Machining Services at Roush, where they were responsible for leading the financial turnaround of a department with two facilities. From 2017 to 2019, they held the role of Portfolio Manager at Roush Performance Products, Inc., where they planned the product portfolio for a $60 million division and implemented a Project & Portfolio Management tool rollout.

Before joining Roush, Frank worked as a Program Manager at Roush Industries from 2014 to 2017, and as a Product Development Engineer at Roush Product Commercialization from 2012 to 2014. Frank also gained experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at Badenoch, LLC from 2011 to 2012 and Burkland Inc from 2010 to 2011.

Frank started their career as an Engineering Co-Op at Acument Global Technologies, Burkland Inc. from 2008 to 2011, and at Bison Gear & Engineering from 2006 to 2008.

Frank Webb, MBA, PMP, CSM has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Frank also holds an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, obtained from 2019 to 2021. Frank has additional certifications in Strategic Leaders Program: Vision, Strategy, and Managing the Organization to Drive Results from Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education, and Project Management Professional.
