Kelli Whorton

Kelli Whorton has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Kelli is currently working as the Human Resources Director at RLF. Prior to their current role, they worked at CDM Smith as a Senior HR Business Partner for 14 years, where they supported approximately 600 staff members and performed various HR functions such as employee relations, management consulting, and training. Before that, they served as an Associate Professor at Valencia Community College, teaching various HR courses. Kelli also held the position of Human Resources Director at Glatting Jackson, where they supervised the HR function and staff. Kelli's early career includes working as the Senior Human Resources Director at CuraScript Pharmacy, where they directed the HR and training functions and oversaw a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization.
