Aaron Gooley

Aaron Gooley is a seasoned claims management professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Technical Claims Manager at RLI Insurance Company since February 2025, Aaron previously held various leadership positions at GEICO from January 2005 to February 2025, including Claims Supervisor for Litigation and Complex Claims, where a focus was placed on managing auto liability claims and enhancing claims processes through data analysis. Additional roles at GEICO included managing the Property Liability & NY No-Fault Claims Division, coordinating a Management Development Program that trained over 70 emerging leaders, and supervising non-litigation bodily injury claims. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from SUNY Oneonta.
