Jeff Barbier

Jeff Barbier is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as the Director of Underwriting Contract Surety for Texas at RLI Insurance Company since June 2023. Previously, Jeff held the position of Senior Underwriter for US Contract Surety at Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions from June 2016 to June 2023. Prior to that, Jeff worked as a Claims Adjuster for Personal Injury Protection/Medpay at Allstate and has held underwriting roles at The Insco Dico Group, The Hanover Insurance Group, and ICW Group, where Jeff was a Territory Underwriting Manager. Jeff began a foundational career in the Louisiana Army National Guard, serving as a Sergeant from December 2000 to December 2006. Jeff is a graduate of Louisiana State University, holding a Bachelor's degree.
