Jen Klobnak

Jen Klobnak has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at RLI Insurance Company since July 2012, where responsibilities include underwriting, actuarial support, and operations across all business units. Previously, Jen held various senior leadership roles at RLI, including SVP and VP of Risk Services, focusing on risk management and exposure management. Prior experience includes positions at Foster & Gallagher and PwC, where Jen developed expertise in internal auditing and financial management. Jen Klobnak earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bradley University.
