John Geary

John Geary is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as Technical Director for Inland Marine at RLI Insurance Company since May 2022. Previously, John held the position of Past President at Berkley Fire & Marine from March 2013 to April 2021. Prior roles include Vice President of Inland Marine at CNA Insurance and Underwriting Vice President at Travelers, where John managed a substantial inland and property book of business. John also served as Executive Marine Director at Kemper Insurance from 1996 to 2003. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Valparaiso University and completed high school at Holy Cross High School and St. Francis Borgia.
