Mike Pears

Mike Pears is the current EVP, New Platform Sales & GM, NA Distribution at RLJ Entertainment. Mike has held this position since June of 2014. Prior to that, they were the VP of Digital Sales at Cinedigm from October 2013 to May 2014. In their current role, Mike oversees all aspects of B2B distribution at one of North America’s largest independent film and TV distributors. Mike reports directly to the worldwide CEO and has full P&L responsibility. Mike also manages a team of 20+ sales, marketing, and logistics professionals to achieve the company’s annual revenue and EBITDA goals.

Mike Pears received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Management from King's College London.

Mike Pears reports to Miguel Penella , CEO. They work with Mark Nunis - Chief Accounting Officer, Sylvia George - EVP & General Manager, UMC, and Stuart Shaw - Managing Director of RLJE International.
