Eric Rogers

Eric Rogers serves as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel at RLJ Lodging Trust, a publicly traded REIT, since November 2017. Prior to this role, Eric worked at First Potomac Realty Trust, holding positions as Senior Staff Attorney and Staff Attorney from October 2012 to October 2017, also in a publicly traded REIT context. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Rudolph Fields LLP from 2010 to 2012, following a transition from Rudolph, France & Gresham PC. Eric's career began with a role as Regulatory Analyst at the National Association of REALTORS® in 2010 and as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development from 2009 to 2010. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from New York Law School.
