Timothy Checchia, AIA, is an experienced Senior Project Architect and Project Manager at RLPS Architects since April 2015. Prior to this role, Timothy served as an Architectural Designer at LMS Commercial Real Estate from September 2014 to March 2015 and at Buchart Horn, Inc. from July 2005 to August 2014. Early career experience includes working as a Scale Model Builder at Architectural Images in Herndon, VA, from 2004 to 2005. Timothy Checchia earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Catholic University of America between 2001 and 2005 and graduated from Sewanhaka High School in 2001.
