Sam Loring

Sam Loring, AIA, LEED AP, currently serves as Associate Principal and Senior Project Architect at Populous since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Architect and Vice President at Multistudio from August 2016 to September 2025, as well as Project Architect at Helix Architecture + Design from August 2013 to July 2016. Sam began a career in architecture at Sage and Coombe Architects, working as an Architect/Designer from July 2006 to August 2013, and gained early experience as an intern at Zahner in 2004, where responsibilities included designing and producing exterior cladding shop drawings. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from Kansas State University, completed in 2006. Expertise encompasses construction documentation, project management, competitions, construction management, schematic design, design development, and consultant coordination.
