Henry has 26 years of experience in corporate finance advisory, capital markets and fund administration.

Chairman of NCM Fund Services which he led as a buy-out from Noble Group in 2009. Under his stewardship, assets have grown to in excess of £2bn.

A Non-Executive Director of N + 1 Singer, a leading European investment bank, and Board Member of UKFTF a £200mn Private Equity Fund.

Henry was an officer in the Royal Green Jackets for 5 years and has also worked in management consultancy.

In the charitable sector, Henry is on the trustee board of Save the Rhino International, and has completed two Himalayan expeditions with Walking With The Wounded.
