Zoe Taylor

Zoe Taylor is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and employee relations. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at RM plc since April 2024, Zoe previously held roles including HR Manager and Senior HR Advisor at Simply Conveyancing from July 2021 to April 2024. Between September 2015 and July 2021, Zoe worked at The Curve Group as an Employee Relations Specialist, offering expert guidance on complex employment issues, as well as supporting clients with HR administrative functions and recruitment within the Financial Services sector. Zoe holds a BSc in Sociology from Loughborough University and is currently pursuing a PgDip in Human Resource Management (Level 7) at the University of Bedfordshire, having also completed training in Mental Health First Aid.
