Chris O'Callaghan has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Chris began their career as the owner of McCarthy O'Callaghan Company, specializing in corporate real estate leasing and sales in the Westchester and Greater New York area. Chris represented both tenants and landlords during this time. In 2006, they joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director, where they negotiated significant real estate transactions in the Tri-state region and represented tenants and landlords in headquarter and office transactions. In 2012, Chris joined JLL as a Managing Director, focusing on corporate real estate in the New York major metro market, including Manhattan, Westchester, and Fairfield Counties. Chris specialized in commercial office leasing and sales, retail leasing and sales, residential building sales, headquarters leasing and sales, valuation/appraisal, and global office leasing/sales. In 2015, they joined RM Friedland as a Managing Director, and they are currently in this role.
