Brett then moved on to join RM Landscape, where they held various roles, including Vice President and Chief Executive Officer. At RM Landscape, their responsibilities included ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and a safe work environment. Additionally, Lemcke co-founded Superior Spaces, a company focused on providing secure and energy-efficient spaces for businesses. Brett also had a significant leadership role at the National Association of Landscape Professionals, serving as President, President-Elect, and Director at Large.
