Wendy Stevens, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources and project management consulting. Wendy has worked with a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, education, hospitality, non-profit, and healthcare. Wendy has held leadership roles such as Human Resources Manager, HR Project Manager, HR Director, and Consultant. Wendy has experience in HR strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and COVID-19 strategy and execution. Wendy is skilled in project management and has led cross-functional teams. Wendy has also founded their own consulting and coaching businesses, providing services to women business owners and offering HR job search and networking techniques. Wendy has a proven track record of designing, developing, and organizing HR functions within organizations, as well as providing strategic guidance and support.

Wendy Stevens, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, holds a B.S.H.R. degree in Human Resources from the University of Delaware. Wendy also completed graduate level coursework in the M.B.A. program at the University of Colorado Boulder. In 2014, they obtained a certificate in Project Management from Springhouse Education and Consulting Services. From 2013 to 2014, they participated in the HR VP Director Manager Program Development, Project Management, Business, and Marketing programs at the Feminine Wealth Coaching Circle & Mastermind. Wendy Stevens graduated from Unionville High School with a college prep diploma.

In terms of certifications, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in February 2015. Wendy also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), which they obtained in April 2008. Additionally, they have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Delaware Manufacturing Extension Partnership (DEMEP), obtained in June 2011. Wendy Stevens is currently pursuing the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Wendy is also working towards the HRCI Ethics Certification from HRCI. In 2012, they received the Elite Diplomate certification from Morter HealthAlliance.
