Dave Smith

Dave Smith has extensive work experience in human resources and employee relations. Dave has held various leadership roles in notable companies such as RMA Group Company Limited, CitiPower and Powercor, Viva Energy Australia, and Ford Motor Company. At Ford Motor Company, they served as HR Director Product Development, Director Employee Relations, Human Resources Director National Sales Company, Corporate Employee Relations Manager, Human Resources Business Operations Manager, Corporate Labour Relations Manager, Human Resources Associate, and Learning and Development Associate. During their tenure, they were responsible for a range of HR activities including business partnering, talent management, employee relations, labour negotiations, safety management, and organizational restructuring.
