Oonagh Perceval PMP®MIEAust is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Product Lifecycle Change Management Lead at RMA Group Company Limited, Oonagh oversees Engineering Change Control and PLM processes for a truck conversion project. Previous roles include Asia Pacific Drive Programs Manager at SEGULA Technologies, where Oonagh led innovative program solutions for major manufacturers, and Business Development Manager at The Hammer and Stump, contributing to the merger with Classic & Custom Garage. Oonagh has also held positions at General Motors as Design Engineering Manager, where leadership of a 15-member team resulted in successful delivery of multiple vehicle programs, and at Ford Motor Company in various capacities, including Program Analyst and Facilities Engineer, managing programs and facility changes effectively. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin, a Project Management Professional certification, and completion of the Executive Ready Program at Women & Leadership Australia.
