Anoushka Basu is a dedicated student professional with substantial experience in academic outreach and research. Currently serving as the Student Outreach Ambassador Administration Lead at the University of California, Davis since May 2022, Anoushka has demonstrated leadership in managing the student outreach ambassador committee and supporting the Transfer Opportunity Program. Prior roles include work as a Student Outreach Ambassador, where event coordination and community engagement were key responsibilities, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Vannette Lab, contributing to studies on chemical ecology and microbiology. Anoushka also has experience as an Optometric Assistant with Kubo Optometry, handling patient interactions and administrative tasks, and as an intern at Adaptive Phage Therapeutics, where skills in data processing using Python and Excel were developed.
