Lena Mignone has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to patient financial services and customer service. Lena started their career at NJ Blue Cross as a Manager of Consumer Customer Service in 1984 and later worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NJ in the same role. In 1992, they joined the Institute of Reproductive Medicine & Science as the Manager of Patient Financial Services. In 1999, they moved to RMA of NJ as the Director of Patient Financial Services and eventually became the Vice President of Patient Financial Services in 2012.
Lena Mignone attended Seton Hall University from 1979 to 1983, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
