Lauren Dolniak is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in event management and client relations. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at RMC, Your Destination Connection since August 2021, Lauren previously held the position of Membership Account Manager at Exclusive Resorts and spent several years at Maritz Travel Company as a Maritz Travel Director, where responsibilities included managing client events and supporting onsite teams. Additional experiences include roles at The Country Club of St. Albans and Westminster College, enhancing customer satisfaction and assisting students in studying abroad. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from Westminster College.
