Janice Navratil

Janice Navratil has over 20 years of experience in finance and human resources. Janice began their career in 1996 as a Tax Preparer and Bookkeeper at Jan's Tax Service (Self-Employed). In 2002, they joined First Alliance Credit Union as a Tax Accountant. In 2003, they joined RMC Learning Solutions as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Janice was a senior member of the Executive Team and assisted the CEO and senior executives with knowledgeable analyses of budgets and financial reports. Janice also possessed P&L responsibility for 100% of the organization's revenue centers and managed all aspects of the accounting operations for seven organizations. Janice then served as the Senior Director of Finance and Human Resources, where they reconciled and maintained balance sheet accounts for seven organizations and coordinated month-end closing. Finally, they acted as the Director of Finance and Human Resources, where they illustrated business activity in current and prior months using engaging dashboards and schedules.

Janice Navratil has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Winona State University and has attended Wayne State University.
