Marc Brodersen

Marc Brodersen is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in applied research and evaluation within educational and organizational contexts. Currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at RMC Research Corporation since May 2022, Marc has previously held senior research roles at prominent organizations including Human Resources Research Organization, Marzano Research, and the University of Colorado Denver. Notably, as Managing Senior Researcher at Marzano Research, Marc led the Regional Educational Laboratory Central's College and Career Readiness Research Alliance and managed various applied research studies. Marc holds a Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology from Colorado State University, an M.S. in Experimental Psychology from Central Washington University, and a B.S. in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
