Lance Scholz

Lance Scholz is an experienced technician and supervisor with a background in the manufacturing and grocery sectors. Currently serving as CMT Technician Supervisor and CMT Field Project Supervisor at RMG since February 2018, Lance has also held the position of CMT Senior Field Technician. Prior to this role, Lance worked at Lamons from August 2013 to February 2018 as a CNC Machinist II, focusing on the design and fabrication of isolation gaskets and kits for water, oil, and gas. Earlier experience includes a position as Production Foreman at Brookshire Grocery Company from September 2011 to July 2013.
