Lori-Anne Miller has extensive work experience in various roles. Lori-Anne started their career in 1992 as a Staff Reporter at The Detroit News and later worked as a Career Services Specialist at the New York Institute of Business and Technology from 1995 to 1998. Lori-Anne then served as the Director of Financial Aid at the Grace Institute of Business Technology from 1998 to 2004. In 2006, they worked as a Marketing Consultant at Espanol Para Los Ninos/Spanish for Children until 2008. From 2007 to 2007, they worked as a Freelance Writer at StartupNation. Their most recent position, starting from 2009, is with RMHC of the Philadelphia Region, where they have held various roles including Volunteer Assistant, Assistant Director of Volunteers, and currently serves as the Director of Volunteer Programs.

Lori-Anne Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Metropolitan Studies from New York University, which they completed between 1987 and 1990.
