Duy Phan is an experienced game designer and educator currently serving as an Associate Lecturer at RMIT University Vietnam since October 2024. Previously, Duy held the position of Lead Game Designer at Sky Mavis from August 2021 to August 2024, where responsibilities included managing game design, UX design, and planning for Project Homeland, a Web3 World Development Game. Prior experience includes working as a Game Designer/Generalist at Imba Games, contributing to the design and visual effects of the game "I am Hero," and freelancing as a Game Developer and Visual Designer, notably for the VR short film Upstander, which received accolades at the Tribeca and CannesXR Film Festivals. Duy holds an MFA in Game Development and a BFA in Illustration from the Academy of Art University, along with a Bachelor of Design in Multimedia Systems from RMIT University Vietnam.
