Jackson Truong

Jackson Truong is an experienced Information Technology Support Officer with a background in the education management industry. Currently employed at LIT Technology Co. LTD since February 2021, Jackson specializes in IT support and technology solutions. Prior to this role, Jackson worked at RMIT International University Vietnam since April 2013 as a Senior IT Support Officer and Acting Window System Admin, focusing on user management, deployment of Mac OS and iOS solutions, and providing comprehensive support for IT hardware and software. Additionally, Jackson has experience as an IT Technical at MMA Millimetre Architecture Consultant Co., where responsibilities included network configuration, database security, and office machine management.
